In 1910 Mimmo Biscetti opened the "osteria" in the square of the village.In 1940 Mimmo was succeeded by his son Alfonso who, helped by his family just like his father, coud keep the good name and the quality of the restaurant for more than 30 years. In 1972 he made way for his son Gastone, the present owner, with his wife and daughters, of the historical restaurant.Gastone moved the restaurant to a quieter area not far from the square and build a small hotel too.Since 1996 the daughter Michela, after taking her degree in "Master in Tourist Management" in Assisi, has been helping her father in the relations with customers, suppliers and agencies.
